Do I have to reserve a playtime before coming?

No, but it is recommended! We allow 25 children in the play space at a time, which allows for a more fun and safe environment for all.

Question 2

Why are you closed on Saturdays? It's the only day my family can come!

Accepted Answer

We know! We promise we wish there were two Saturdays included in every weekend. Saturdays are the best days for birthday parties and private play dates, so we cannot offer open play. However, if we do not have any bookings, we will open up the play space to the public!

Question 3

Why are socks required? What if I forget to bring socks?

Accepted Answer

Wearing socks keeps our space clean and noise levels down. It also allows for safer play (no stepped-on fingers!)

If you forget socks, we have pairs of grippy socks you can purchase for $2.

Question 5

Do I get a refund if I end up not being able to come during the time slot I signed up for?

Accepted Answer

We cannot offer refunds on open play reservations. This ends up being to your benefit! When you reserve an open play spot, we include your family in the maximum number of children allowed in our space, even if you're late to your time slot. Because we're reserving your spot, we may have to turn other families away because the play area is "full".

How do you keep the play space clean?

Good question! As parents, we understand how hard it is to have sick kids. We have daily cleaning protocols that will be strictly followed by our staff to lower the amount of germs being spread. We use Force of Nature cleaning products, which you can read about by clicking the link. We love that it is a Non-Toxic way to sanitize our space effectively and thoroughly.
